To Samsung: I have been using a samsung galaxy phone for about 2 years. In the past 2 weeks especially, things went downhill fast. I have been on the phone with many Samsung support personnel. I might have spent 12 hours on the phone with them. Not only have they not been able to provide assistance, but all of the software problems have gotten much worse. Many apps and software that have worked before have crashed. I am thinking of never buying a galaxy phone again.

Difficult Navigation I like the relevancy of the app as far as current deals, however, it was awkward navigating throughout the app. Going from the checkout back to shopping was frustrating because there was no clear path, and retracing steps may not land you on the same item with the same product interactivity making it very difficult to compare pricing even between the same item with a different configuration e.g. a washer with or without an agitator.

I've had great experiences with Samsung. Occasional hickups that didn't affect my overall experience. However, promotional programs need a great deal of improvement. Items ordered but not yet shipped required cancelation and reorder to qualify. Another example was a promotion for ear buds. Required me to return new phones and reorder to qualify for the promotion. I declined as new phones were in use.
